Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form), date of birth, position, level, school or team, graduation year, goals, and optionally a phone number.
• Parent or guardian details for athletes under 18: name, email, and a record of their approval (date, time, and the name they typed).
• Film and coaching content: videos and links you upload, your notes, and our coaching notes and summaries.
• Scheduling: calls you book or request, what you want to cover, and your time zone.
• Payments: what you bought, the amount, and a transaction reference from PayPal. We don't receive or store your full card or bank details.
• Technical: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic server logs (such as IP address) used for security and troubleshooting. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

• To provide coaching: reviewing your film, holding calls, and keeping your film history.
• To run your account: logging in, verifying your email, getting parental approval for minors, and resetting passwords.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To send service emails, like booking confirmations, reminders, finished reviews, and receipts. We don't send marketing emails.
• To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share only what's needed with:

• Service providers that help run the site: PayPal (payments), Google (email delivery and, if enabled, the coach's calendar), and our website hosting and storage provider. They may use it only to provide their service.
• Video-call services you join for a call (such as Zoom or Google Meet).
• Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of athletes, us, or others.

Your film is visible only to you and your coach. It's never made public without your separate permission.

4. Children and teens

• The site isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.
• Athletes 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian's approval before uploading film, booking, or paying.
• Parents and guardians can ask to see, correct, or delete their child's information at any time by emailing us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and film history while your account is open, so you can look back at past reviews. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, film, and coaching notes. Records of payments may be kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, and payment processors keep their own records.

6. Your choices and rights

• See and update your information on your Profile.
• Delete your account and data any time from your Profile, or by emailing us.
• Ask for a copy of your information, or ask questions about it, by emailing us.
• Depending on where you live (for example, California or Washington), you may have additional privacy rights. Contact us and we'll honor them.

7. Security

We protect your information with measures like hashed passwords, encrypted connections, limits on login attempts, and access restricted to your coach. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Changes

We'll update the date at the top if this policy changes, and let you know about important changes.
